What is it?
WHAT IS IT LIKE AND WHAT IS LEARNED ON THIS VISIT?
This guided tour proposes an approach to the estate society through the history of this palace of medieval origin.
You will learn to relate the local heritage with its historical context, as well as to relate different historical figures of medieval Catalonia with space. This visit, with a lot of interaction, incorporates different games to make all the students active participants while touring the building. We have association games and dance recreation. The visit can also be extended with one last educational board game called Oh, domine! that transforms all students into people from the late Middle Ages. During the game, the students interact according to the status of the character that they have chosen and take a trip through the main characteristics of the 14th century.
METHODOLOGY:
We alter the classic guided tour with gamification. Also, the games exercise different intelligences following the theoretical line of multiple intelligences. We propose an association game, to learn history in a more visual way, another dance game, to get to know scenarios kinesthetically and, finally, we offer a board game specially designed by us to experience the 14th century working on interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence.
DURATION AND PRICE:
The guided tour without the educational board game at the end lasts 1.5 hours. The price is 5 euros per student, with a minimum reservation of 30 students.
The guided tour with the educational board game at the end lasts approximately 2 hours and a quarter. The price is the same, 5 euros per student with a minimum of 30 students per reservation. You can book the reduced or extended activity, according to the needs of the group.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
This building has stairs and could not be adapted to facilitate accessibility.
